Timely Exceeded expectations

The easiest and most hassle free vehicle purchase I have ever had. I would highly recommend them.

My experience at Robideaux was how I wish other dealerships would be, I didn't feel like they were lying, inflating information or attempting to pull the wool over my eyes with "deals" or other sneaky strategies that I experienced with other dealerships. The whole experience was pleasant, personal and quick and if GMC continues make good vehicles then I'm sure I'll be back to Robideaux.

Edward Hodge took such great care of us! He wasn’t pushy or try to pressure us into anything, like most places. He genuinely wanted to help us. His team even worked with our lender to match what the competition was going to give us for the APR so we could have everything at our bank. Very smooth process. Jessica Neglio was also very helpful & for us set up with all the paperwork and links of how to do all the dmv & insurance online. It’s been awhile since we’ve bought a new vehicle and waiting hours at the DMV was something I wasn’t looking forward to. She had a lot of helpful information for us. My husband & Father in law have been long time fans of Robideaux Motors, so I’m happy to have joined the GMC family.

Asked about my third row seatbelt not retracting. Was told since my car was out of the 3yr 36000 mile warranty and they would need to extort $198 from me to look at it. I told them I had an extended warranty I purchased from them. Service tech didn’t care. Need to pay $198. I looked up Buick seatbelt policy and found that it is 6yrs 72000 miles. So I will be contacting the service manager. We will see what happens.

Great experience! They repaired our headlamp, installed wheel wells and updated our FOB. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly and prompt.👍

This is not my first vehicle I have bought from Robideaux motors. Great dealership to deal with. Rodger is the best salesman I have ever dealt with, he is very knowledgeable and helpful and he is probably most of the reason why I keep buying my GMC from Robideaux. I have a grand new GMC Denali Ultimate. Took ownership on Wednesday, 11/25 and it was back for service on 11/30 for a brake assist warning. Literally less than 150 miles on it. Got it back on 12/19 and on 12/21, same alert pops up. Back to the shop where it sits today, 1/6/26. I own two other Yukons and a Sierra, so I am not new to the GMC family. I’m so disappointed.

Had the batteries changed on my at4x and the technician left a bracket and bolts in the wiper valley of my truck. Little disappointed in this service. All my other services have been great.

I was looking for a new car and Mike never disappoints. I was able to get exactly what I wanted. Jessica made the finance portion quick and easy. This is my 4th vehicle I’ve purchased from Robideaux and Mike has been my salesman each time.

Not impressed with the service vs price. I brought my truck in for warranty work, I understood the warranty deductible I was going to pay but charging my $200 bucks to “diagnose” my trailer brake relay was dirty. I know you plugged in your machine, read the code and pulled and replaced. And I still don’t understand how that’s not covered under my extended warranty, it’s electrical. I also had the service tech listen for a noise that I didn’t feel is normal. He said there was nothing abnormal but for another $200 we can have a mechanic listen. I took my truck to another diesel mechanic, I indeed have a turbo leak. Not normal. I am now paying him to fix it. Exactly what I assumed it was. I really enjoyed the sales experience start to finish with Mick. I’d give a 10/10 on that side of the business. But service department, you lost my business. Doug Matteson

From first communication, to vehicle pick up, we could not have been more happy with the overall experience. We drove quite a ways to get to the dealership due to their amazing deal and awesome salesman. We would make the trip again. Highly recommend.

Dropped vehicle off on 3/9. Did not get it back until 3/19. Would have been done 3/13 but oil dipstick tube was broken by the tech. Receipt of the part was a mess, ordered on 3/13, was supposed to be on Monday 3/16. Finally, received the part on 3/19 and repair completed.

On time, professional, prompt service

went in for an oil change also requested a tire rotation and air filter replacement. claimed they did the oil change. told us that the tires did not need rotation, same thing happened last time in there (tires are warrantied with regular rotations). told them to rotate tires. claimed they did that. never did replace air filter. still refusing to correct the seat belt. This service dept is getting worse by the minute.

We have always been treated well when we are there. The service prices are fair and they do good work.

At first I bought a Buick sub-compact SUV, didn't notice on a short test drive that it didn't have enough leg room for a 6 ft. tall person. On the way home I tried to get the driver's seat to go back further but it was already as far back as it could go. The driver's seat would not go back near as far as the passenger seat. Went back next day and after some difficult negotiation this Robideaux Dealership allowed me to exchange-trade for a GMC Terrain AT-4 that did have enough leg room and they reduced the price to less than $1000 difference when the sticker price was some $5000 additional. Wasn't our preferred color but it was acceptable. The Terrain was similiar sized to our Chevy Equinox that we traded in. We would recommend them to others and recommend that others pay more attention to their comfort in their possible vehicle purchase.

He answered my questions honestly, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made what can often be a stressful purchase feel easy and straightforward. What really stood out, though, was how he treated my family. We had our young son with us, and while we were waiting to finish up in finance, we ran out of snacks and he was becoming pretty cranky. They charge to much and they do not give seniors discount. If you have a small problem with your car they do not drive it around to see if that problem is there or not instead of sitting in the garage and trying to see the problem.

I special ordered a GMC Heavy Duty Denali from Robideaux late May & it was delivered to me late July as ordered. The price I paid when I took delivery was what was quoted when I ordered the truck with no surprises. My sales rep, Roger Spangenberg did a great job of answering questions and setting up the vehicle. Also, Danya Sawyer in customer service did a great job throughout the order process. Overall buying the truck from Robideaux was seamless and a positive experience.

Dealership was great. Check engine light & having to wait to get 2 issues fixed was disappointing from GMC for a brand new vehicle. No fault of the dealership.

I made an appointment that was about 2 weeks out. I showed up on time for my appointment and than waited 2 hours to get an oil change done while multiple people who showed up after me where done and gone before me. Once I did finally get my keys no one knew where they actually put my pick up. Very unprofessional and poor managing of their scheduling and customer service.

GM $40 protocol valve fix in the transmission made it worse. Shifted horribly and hard. Dont think their was a test drive to 45mph otherwise they would have joticed. Took it back in the next day and still waiting for repair 10 days later.

I needed to get out on time for another appointment and the service department made it happen.

I scheduled an appointment to get my oil change two weeks in advance. It was supposed to be at 11 so I dropped my vehicle off. I got dropped back off at 12:15 thinking it would be almost done. They hadn’t even started it yet. I was told it would be another hour. There was only one vehicle in the shop and the shop didn’t look busy. I didn’t get my vehicle till after one. I got a busy schedule and schedule my things out so that my days are effective and productive. It’s really hard to run a business without a vehicle and when timelines are not kept.

From my first query that I was interested in the vehicle, to Casey and Mick in sales and Jessica in finance, this was the most pleasant vehicle purchase I’ve had to date. I drove in with a trade from out of state and everything that was promised was delivered, including pricing and rapid turn around time to get me back home. I had a scheduled oil change for my pickup truck. I planned on staying there while it was being done. They told me to expect it to take one hour and it only took 45 minutes. They have a very extensive check list that they use and they preformed all of the inspections. They have a comfortable place to wait. I was very happy with their efforts.
