Most seamless and smooth vehicle buying process I have ever seen. I usually spend 6-8 hours negotiating with dealers and signing paperwork. The whole process was less than an hour and a half including a 45 minute test drive. Roger was fantastic and I walked out of there knowing I would come back for another vehicle down the road, I can trust they are helping me get a great deal and amazing service. I will not be buying a car from anyone else from now on.

Our sales person Mike Neglio was absolutely wonderful to work with., as well as the other staff members. ! It was a good experience, and not high pressure buying our New 2025 GMC 3500 HD 4x4 truck. I would recommend this Dealership to anyone.!

Service was ready for our appointment, during service time we tried out a new Buick and went to breakfast while they serviced our vehicle. Service personnel were friendly and helpful. Technician found and fixed rattle. Some intermittent vehicle computer glitches could not be found unless there was a "hard" or testable failure. When we got back they priced the Buick and asked "if we had always been GM customers?" Then, being we were always GM customers we were punished for always being GM customers. Had we not been a lifelong GM customer, we would be offered an additional $1000 off of the Buick. Maybe it is time we stopped being a GM customer. That frees us to look around at other vehicles.

I was very happy with the prompt service and the upfront cost quote agreed upon of the removal and installation of my new suspension.

Seamless vehicle purchase.

Overall, I would say Robideaux Motors was the best auto buying experience that I've had so far. They always answered their phones (amazing what difference that alone is compared to my "local" dealerships), they always followed up with my questions or updates, and were extremely transparent and professional during the entire process. I special ordered my truck and both Danya & Mick were great to deal with. Being that I flew out to get my truck and drive back they had the truck ready, paperwork ready, and it was a seamless process. We hit two snags that were both easily missed, but one was addressed immediately and the other is currently in a tech ticket with GM. Nothing against the dealership, but I don't understand why GM would sell the upfitter switch package but not install it. It's like I ordered a burger, but only go the meat and nothing else. Just doesn't make sense to me in any way. Based on online forums, it looks to be a fairly in depth install, which it would make way more sense to do this on the assembly line. Just strange. Overall, Robideaux was great and if we consider another GMC/Buick, without hesitation I'd put the on the top of my list to call first.

Not friendly, poor service, when truck was done didn’t get a call right away, had to call and ask, then finally got a call back and told truck had been done for a while. Then was given keys and told to go find my truck instead of being told where it was. Truck has an issue with automatic running, called as it was happening, was told I had to wait almost 2 weeks and they couldn’t do anything about it. Then mechanics said they couldn’t figure it out. The running board has been grinding since I bought it brand new in march. Very unhappy with all my experiences, from ordering new vehicle, to trading in old vehicle, to picking up new vehicle, and finally the service department. No one has stood out to be extra friendly. When people are spending any amount of money with your company there should be some gratitude and appreciation. Not here though.

Everyone at the dealership was attentive and kind. I worked with Mike and Roger in sales and Jennifer in finance. All of my questions were answered and it was the easiest process I’ve ever had purchasing a new vehicle.

Well, I left the dealership after my oil change and when I got home, I pulled my car in the garage. I went to the back of my car to get my groceries when I saw large drops of oil on Garage floor. I immediately looked under my car and sure enough there was oil drops all over under my car on my garage floor. I then took cardboard and stuck under my car so leaking would go on to the cardboard. Since the service was already close. I had to wait till morning. I checked my oil to make sure there was oil in the car so I could drive it back to the service department. And the filter that had been put in my car, the seal was broken. This actually happened to my daughter a few months ago when she got her car service there. It has never happened to me before but maybe you should consider changing to a better made oil filter. I cannot get the oil off my garage floor so now that looks really bad. So yes, I’m not very happy with my last oil change.

Mick was very helpful, knowledgeable and made the car buying experience wonderful.

Not a big deal really, but when I bought my truck I was told my first service included wipers as well (this was from the sales department), but when I came for my service ,I was told wipers were not included. If services aren’t included, then please either clarify for educate the sales department as to what will be included in the first service. I kind of for dumb when I told the service department I was informed wipers were included in my first free service and they told me that was incorrect.

Polite and courteous. Work was warranty work was scheduled and timely. P.S. More smiles from the service staff might be an improvement. :)

I came into the service department for an oil change and mentioned a couple of other small issues with my car. The man who checked me in was so nice. He did follow up with the other issues and explained what may be the problem. He cleared the codes and said if they happen again, I should call and make an appointment to investigate further. I left feeling that I was well taken care of and can get help if I need it in the future. I always have excellent service at Robideaux Motors!!

Great service

Not good so far, was handed off from first salesman I talked with and confirmed truck with. Signed paperwork/financing. My down payment cashed 7/11. I added window tint,clear bra, and console lock box. Here is sit 7-18 and can’t get an answe whenni can actually take possession of the truck. Salesman doesn’t even get back to me

Very fast, friendly and straight forward.

Asked about my third row seatbelt not retracting. Was told since my car was out of the 3yr 36000 mile warranty and they would need to extort $198 from me to look at it. I told them I had an extended warranty I purchased from them. Service tech didn’t care. Need to pay $198. I looked up Buick seatbelt policy and found that it is 6yrs 72000 miles. So I will be contacting the service manager. We will see what happens.

My appointment was scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Friday for a oil change i arrived at 1p.m. got my truck back 2:35 p.m. I believe you can do better than this for a oil change. Dave

Purchased a used truck from the dealership. I later found a n issue with the wiring for the trailer lights. They stayed late on the day I found the problem and worked hard to get it finished the next day before I had to travel with a trailer. They are great!

The sale was great but the condition of the new truck at Delivery was sad ,,,, not very clean or detailed the plastic was still on seat back buckles. Fuzzy white dirt on ceiling, floor mats all bent and curled up at corners. Water marks all over the outside. The worse was that you placed your logo sticker on my truck with out my permission. Big plastic emblem on my new paint job. Very disrespectful. Was able to detail truck when I got it home. Wife is happy now. I would have expected more from buying a new expensive truck. The way of the new sales.

My experience at Robideaux was how I wish other dealerships would be, I didn't feel like they were lying, inflating information or attempting to pull the wool over my eyes with "deals" or other sneaky strategies that I experienced with other dealerships. The whole experience was pleasant, personal and quick and if GMC continues make good vehicles then I'm sure I'll be back to Robideaux.

Rodger is the best salesman I have ever dealt with, he is very knowledgeable and helpful and he is probably most of the reason why I keep buying my GMC from Robideaux. Excellent. Although some services were to costly for us( ac hose replaced, over $1,700.) We were still given Excellent customer service. We arrived to late to pay and pick up our car, but the gentlemen there jumped in and took care of us anyways. Grateful.

Sales cord did a good job on getting truck prepared and a great orientation. This new concept of having some many controls on the screen is confusing and difficult for us Seniors.

I have been going to Robideaux for over 40 years

I have a grand new GMC Denali Ultimate. Took ownership on Wednesday, 11/25 and it was back for service on 11/30 for a brake assist warning. Literally less than 150 miles on it. Got it back on 12/19 and on 12/21, same alert pops up. Back to the shop where it sits today, 1/6/26. I own two other Yukons and a Sierra, so I am not new to the GMC family. I’m so disappointed.

Service is very prompt and wonderful communication

Not impressed with the service vs price. I brought my truck in for warranty work, I understood the warranty deductible I was going to pay but charging my $200 bucks to “diagnose” my trailer brake relay was dirty. I know you plugged in your machine, read the code and pulled and replaced. And I still don’t understand how that’s not covered under my extended warranty, it’s electrical. I also had the service tech listen for a noise that I didn’t feel is normal. He said there was nothing abnormal but for another $200 we can have a mechanic listen. I took my truck to another diesel mechanic, I indeed have a turbo leak. Not normal. I am now paying him to fix it. Exactly what I assumed it was. I really enjoyed the sales experience start to finish with Mick. I’d give a 10/10 on that side of the business. But service department, you lost my business. Doug Matteson

Jessica Neglio was also very helpful & for us set up with all the paperwork and links of how to do all the dmv & insurance online. It’s been awhile since we’ve bought a new vehicle and waiting hours at the DMV was something I wasn’t looking forward to. She had a lot of helpful information for us. I had a scheduled oil change for my pickup truck. I planned on staying there while it was being done. They told me to expect it to take one hour and it only took 45 minutes. They have a very extensive check list that they use and they preformed all of the inspections. They have a comfortable place to wait. I was very happy with their efforts.

It went very well and everyone was very helpful.

Everyone there is always friendly, helpful and polite. You are always very thorough in checking everything so l am confident in driving for the winter. I will be careful to schedule an earlier appointment next time as it was almost dark by the time I got home. Night driving isn't good for me anymore.

They fixed my problem the same day I phoned to see if I could bring in my car. I ended up needing a thermostat in my car.

Dropped vehicle off on 3/9. Did not get it back until 3/19. Would have been done 3/13 but oil dipstick tube was broken by the tech. Receipt of the part was a mess, ordered on 3/13, was supposed to be on Monday 3/16. Finally, received the part on 3/19 and repair completed.
