The Internet and social media provide platforms or reviews where an individual can say anything toward anyone or any business and not be held accountable to tell the truth. This is the case here. Therefore, Robideaux Motors would like to address and reply to Don Boss’ 2-Star Google Review Update.
First Robideaux Motors update, Don Boss rated Robideaux Motors with a 5-Star rating on June 7th, 2022 and rated Robideaux Motors with a 4-Start rating on August 12th, 2022. Don Boss doesn’t state this on his current review or update.
Second Robideaux Motors update, the following will provide the date, mileage, and work performed on Don Boss’ 2022 GMC serial number 1GT49WEY1NF134559 at our dealership:
All of the work above was done properly to General Motors requirements and specifications without any come backs on this work or problems with the work Robideaux Motors performed and provided. In addition, Don Boss never complained about the work performed to the otherwise.
Third Robideaux Motors update, Don Boss states he received service in Boise (Kendall GMC or Dillon GMC) and Twin Falls (Rob Green GMC) and continues with Roubideaux (spelled wrong) is “Truly poor next to the teams south of them” The truth is Robideaux Motors is currently rated higher than those three dealerships in Service and quality of work along with Customer Satisfaction. We will provide this rating upon request.
Fourth Robideaux Motors update, that Don Boss states Robideaux Motors would not provide ideas of how to mitigate the def issues, and Robideaux Motors would not clear an error codes are categorically wrong and Don Boss is not telling the truth. Robideaux Motors has and will continue to provide our customers with any current General Motors information on Def issues and have cleared codes with owner’s request for years. For Don Boss to say anything less is again not true.
Finally, the last update, Don Boss stating he has a better mechanic in Rathdrum is baseless and quite frankly not true. We would challenge Don Boss to give Robideaux Motors the name and phone number of his mechanic in Rathdrum so we can compare his experience, ability, skills, etc. to our technicians we have here at Robideaux Motors.
In conclusion, we hope Don Boss does a better job of telling the truth at Premier Inc. than he does writing an unnecessary update review filled with mistruths. In addition, Robideaux Motors would also be happy to address our reply face to face with Don Boss regarding this issue whenever Don Boss is available.
